The Book Witch was a compelling read. I always do this thing where I read a book's synopsis, add it to my TBR, and then forget what it was about. So, when I started reading this book, I barely remembered what it was about. As I was reading, I was captivated by everything happening, and every plot twist left me shocked. Rainy was such a fun character. I loved her sidekick, Koshka, and I loved Duke as well. In matters of the plot, I did see some things coming, but I could have never guessed THAT. It was a really fun book to read, and I loved how it goes deeper than just a fantasy story. It’s a story about the love of books, and the importance of them and their characters in our lives. I truly enjoyed it, and I’m already up for reading Meg’s next book; her books are always so unique, and The Book Witch was an amazing way to prove that.
